Leader in the heavy machinery sector in China and the 3rd in the world in the segment, XCMG Brasil debuts with full force in the Brazilian agroforestry market, a segment in which the Chinese multinational has a remarkable global presence. To present the strength of the brand, the company launches, at the largest dynamic forestry fair in the world, equipment that promises to impact the market: the GR1905BR motor grader, the XT804-5D agricultural tractor and the XC7-SR07 skid steer loader.
Launch of the company, the GR1905BR motor grader was specially developed for leveling the ground, opening ditches, scraping slopes, excavation, scarification in large agricultural and forestry areas, among others. The equipment has an operating weight of 15400kg, power of 170hp/180hp/190hp and overall dimensions (L x W x H) 10360 x 2625 x 3470mm.
Another novelty is the XT804-5D agricultural tractor, designed to provide better safety and comfort to the operator, thanks to greater internal space and ergonomics, providing 360° visibility during the entire operation. “The design is highlighted in the national version, and the technical characteristics of the equipment, already established by farmers in the country, were enhanced. In addition, the new air intake and its 80CV of power are responsible for making the equipment one of the most powerful on the market”, says Renato Torres, commercial director of XCMG Brasil.
The XCMG wheel loader line is also highlighted at the fair, which has several options such as a loading fork, a grapple for forestry use and a material handling arm to carry out different types of work. The company takes the opportunity to launch the XC7-SR07 mini wheel loader, which has an operating weight of 2,950kg, a 0.4m3 bucket and 67.3hp engine power. “The equipment features advanced technology, high efficiency and safety, configured with various devices, including innovative self radial lifting mechanism with strong power, unidirectional leveling function and high operating efficiency. It also has a panoramic cabin with a standard ROPS and FOPS mechanism for safety and reliability, with an intelligent display screen and a real-time electronic monitoring system, ensuring better performance”, highlights Torres.
Also in evidence is the wheel loader LW500BR, which contains an electronically controlled transmission box and a nominal operating capacity of up to 5000 kg. The structure of the loader considerably reduces noise, improves operator comfort and facilitates equipment maintenance, regardless of the condition of use.
Other equipment on display is the XE35U mini hydraulic excavator for digging, loading, grading, trenching, crushing, drilling, crushing and lifting, etc. Tailless design, the equipment is ideal for operation in narrow space. Next to it, on display, the XE80DA excavator with an operating weight of 7730 kg, engine power 59.1 hp. and bucket capacity of 0.33 m³. As well as the XE225BR excavator, equipped with a Cummins QSB7 TIER III engine, with high efficiency, high operating speed and superior performance than the previous model. It has booms and arms reinforced with high resistance steel and a wide range of bucket options.
Increasingly focused on practices and development of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) solutions, XCMG presents new electrical equipment, such as the XCMG XE270E pure electric excavator, which has the highest industrial tonnage.
Next to it is the 100% electric XC968-EV wheel loader, a pioneer in adopting three electric motors that jointly drive the hydraulic system and the front and rear drive axles. As a result, the equipment provides unique differentials, such as: fast response, low noise, low energy consumption and zero carbon emissions.
Also on display, the Drilling Rig XZ200 is used in a non-destructive method. It has a compact structure for the implementation of gas and renewable energy networks, and the construction of water and sewage sanitation infrastructures and fiber optic networks. The 8.5t weight makes it easy to manoeuvre.
